Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to monitor the status of your package in real-time.

• Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
• Prescription Verification: If your order requires a prescription, shipping time begins after the prescription has been verified by our team.
• Weekends & Holidays: Delivery calculations exclude weekends and federal holidays.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
